With a loosely managed staff situated globally, our one-hundred percent (100%) volunteer staff occasionally convenes via digital meetings. Having met through and worked with one another on global volunteer activities, we all have a passion for providing support to ecologically and environmentally beneficial projects. All of our staff donate their time and skills to projects, none of our participants receive any pay for the work they do.
matt – producer
Matt brings with him strong producer skills who establishes budgets, communicates creative notes, manages business operations, and ensures the production is running on schedule. Through his commitment and responsibility, acquiring (or providing) funding for films and assembling creative talent never became an issue. Matt is highly resourceful and maintains a network of supporters from every niche imaginable. With his nearly 20 years of fund raising and production skills, Matt has an acquired talent unsurpassed by some of the best competitors. Thanks to Matt, our objectives have always obtained completion within all expectation.
Stephanie – Director
Stephanie has been with our team since its inception and has ensured every video-graphic and photographic detail met expectations. She covers everything from routine maintenance, helping the director with shoots, and fixing practically every problem if or when those arise. As the director With a home base in Houston, Texas, USA, she manages and directs the creative elements and components of a film and makes the hard decisions in creative ways producing endless results. Stephanie spends endless hours reading and editing to scripts, setting the blocks for talent and collaborating with Editors during post-production to create a visually appealing and captivating final product. Stephanie exceeds in managing all the moving parts that need to come together in a productions. As a crew supervisor, she excels in managing all aspects with the crew and communicates expectations with other supervisors to form a cohesive team. We are grateful she is with our team.
Chelsea – Cinematographer
Director of photography with several nominations for best independent still photography, Chelsea brings nearly two decades of experience in documentary content creation. From the jungles of Central America, to the Yucatan, and the Gila Mountain range in the USA, Chelsea has been an inspirational director and photographer in many settings. She brings education and experience from Florida State University where she earned a Master’s degree. Originating as a woman’s sports photographer, she expanded her career to include oceanography, reforestation and regenerative agriculture, and jungle animal rescue more than a decade ago.
Edward – Associate Content Creator
As the Associate Content Creator the responsibilities include writing and producing marketing, writing v-log posts about industry-related topics and producing social media content. With years of experience with photography, video-graphy and digital production, Edward is a key element in producing content and generating traffic. He has a key role in delivering useful and appealing online information. He consistently delivers both a clear and captivating message. With an eye for details, he has become one of our key development and delivery personnel.
Edward has more than eight years in independent photography and videography and four years as a photo-journalist throughout the Pacific Northwest to include Seattle-Tacoma, Washington region; Portland, Oregon region; and north central agricultural regions of the USA. His experience also includes Central America jungle and coastal regions where bio-diversity conflicts evolved. Those skills combined with his several decades in the information technology field meld valuable skills.
Bréanainn – Production Sound Designer and Mixer
Our lead production sound mixer is a renegade, nomadic DJ and internet streaming sensation. Bréanainn, originating from Ireland, is a master in Sound Mixing and Production Sound. He is the crew supervisor who records audio and works with all aspects of our sound mixing and sound boards. He is a master in capturing dialogue and background sounds and incorporating it into post-production. As the department lead, he manages the production sound department, which includes several assistants.
Bréanainn brings multiple talents on many levels and is familiar with a variety of DJ and sound systems including both small and medium sound boards and production systems. Bréanainn, always humble and thoughtful, brings a talent and skill that is rarely found in one single person. His many years of experience shines in all his productions.
katie – production Designer
Katie is an artistic jack-of-all-trades and confident leader who manages the art and wardrobe department. Katie creates a unified look and feel for the film and is responsible for bringing the director’s ideas to life. She is proficient with brainstorming and design. Katie is an early riser and always found on set on time. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the visual style and design of a production is cohesive and effective and communicates clearly the mission.
Katie’s education and experience provides a wide range of technical and creative skills. With diverse experience, being well traveled, and studying in Scotland, her experience has brought incredible value to her design and implementation skills.
Xavier – Lighting Technician
Xavier encompasses the art and science of illuminating a spaces in live events and video production. With his blend of creativity and technical skills, designing lighting that enhances the project is one of his natural abilities. Together with technical teams, he is able to envision and create atmospheric effects that supports productions.
Xavier’s design and lighting plans ensures artistic visions are obtained. In his short 7-year career, Xavier continuously displays qualities that compete with well seasoned industry experts. Having Xavier on our staff has been rewarding.
