Sharing Unity

GIFT WRAPPED

When you have finished developing your package and you want to share it with others, it is important to remember your package contains many personal aspects of you. Often times others find it overwhelming when exploring the gift, your package, you offer when sharing yourself. It is important to remain patient while others adjust to all that you have shared. There are times when sharing your intimate self with others that unity may feel uncomfortable due to the depth of those connections. Often times there is confusion or expectation as a result of sharing unity, a very intimate moment. It is important to remain humble and compassionate, holding space for the myriad of emotions that follow once immerses into that sacred space. We often expect validation or confirmation that our gift was recognized and appreciated, while those with whom we share our gift may be experiencing something entirely different from us. We must allow others to absorb the depth on their level in the same way we respect exchanging, both giving and receiving, those gifts.

WHERE ON THE MOUNTAIN

It is important to remember and recognize that sharing unity might be anything from having a picnic brunch at the edge of a mountain forest, to an entire night entwined with each other, to simply sitting on a park bench presenting our authenticity and genuine self. It is something that happens in the moment, the present, the now and only you will know when that moment arrives. Remain mindful at the moment you have that epiphany, because chances are that the other person may be experiencing a similar epiphany and engaging that experience in a manor comfortable to them; or, they may be experiencing something completely different. It is important to remain grateful and aware, fully honoring the moment and the experience.
